Hi,

The pain under collar bone followed by numbness felt as swelling of hand/fingers. Could be due to pressure of a cervical rib /sterno claviculo radial joint near shoulder being swollen by RA.

It presses on nerve or blood vessel supplying the hand causing you the problem.

MRI of the part would clear the cause followed because of specific treatment. Please consult an orthopedic surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
