Hi - I noticed I have a fairly deep indentation in my lower back above the small of the back. The small of my back feels tight and I have also had some sharp pains between my lower shoulder blades. I have one area where if I turn over suddenly I get a very bad pain. What could be causing these symptoms? I know my shoulders are tight and tense. I have worked in a forward motion on a computer for 40+ years and both shoulders have frozen but at different times.
