What Causes A Cyst Like Pocket On My Scrotum?

Cyst like pocket on scrotum? It is marble sized and it seemed like a cyst at first, as time goes by, it seems like a little air pocket, but looks like a cyst. It has gotten larger, but sometimes it just goes away. Should I get it checked out. It s taking a lot for me to not stick a pin needle in it to release the puss/air.

     I have gone through your question and understood your concerns. It appears to be Epidydmal Cyst. You need to carry out an Ultrasound scrotum to give us insight into this swelling and reach a definitive diagnosis. Small and asymptomatic epididymal cyst, needs only observation, which I think is your case. Simple aspiration won’t help as there is high chances of recurrence. Surgical intervention; which is excision of the cyst, is indicated for painful and enlarging Epididymal Cyst.
