Hi,
I have a problem with my penis. about six months ago i woke up with an erection and it was curved to the right. As far as I understand there are two main 'cavitities'? that fill with blood. Looking down, the left side was enlarged and the right side wasn't. The right side seemed to push the glans over to the left and push up behind it. There was no pain. I have been embarrassed to go to the doctor so have just left it.
The problem has now changed. The curving is now not noticeable but my penis is bent about half way up the shaft. I can get an erection, although shorter and it is painful. Looking down it is bent downwards slightly and I can feel a ridge across the top of the shaft. Underneath on the left side is a dent. When I try and straighten it by putting my thumb on the ridge and forefinger on the underside in front of the dent , the dent lessens.
After the bend downwards it curves slightly back up and the shaft thins towards the top. I can force blood to the glans by squeezing upwards from the bottom of the shaft.
I have no pain when flaccid and I can pee ok. I have no bruising or swelling etc
