What Causes A Cough And Nasal Congestion?

hi there i am 36 yrs 5.10inch 73 kg and i am having severe problem of cough and nasal congestion before 4 years i had tuborculosis and did the course of 9 months and before that i suffered from pneumonia also,after that every few months i get chest infection and had to go through course of antibiotics before six months same happened and rite now i had coughing probs and even nasal congestion can you please suggest me permenent remedy for this please....

Hello,

Your problem needs some questions needs to be answered like:

1> any smoking or tobaco history?
2> allergic condition or allergens causing it?
3> Sinus or nasal problem if any before?
4> Physical examinations and imaging

General advise:

1. wear face mask
2. avoid allergens if any and take enough measures during allergic conditions.
3. Take steam inhalations regularly twice in a day and each for 15 min. at least.
4. clear you nose with warm saline water if you can.
