Hi,

Clicking sound in throat might be due to clicking hyoid, globus pharyngeus, GERD etc. However, it is normal to have clicking sound when swallowing which is not a pathological phenomenon. Treatment is based on the underlying cause:
- For GERD take antacids medications
- For globus pharyngitis surgery may be required
- Get a examination done by your doctor

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
