Our grandaughter has recently started to smile involuntarily and when I mentioned it to our daughter she felt that we should not mention it to the 6 year old since it might just be a passing phase. We noticed it for the first time about 3 weeks ago and she does it constantly now. What should be done next/
Hello , Welcome to healthcare magic.com and thanks for sharing your concern with us. There is nothing to worry about it . This is a part of child development and they are creating new ways how to deal with stress . Some children starts such laughing when they are nervous , so I would recommend you to spend more time with her , solve her curiosity more frequently if she has and it will be fine soon. But if it continues to be so then you can consult with pediatric psychologist . I wish you good health. Best Regards, DR.S.TOMAR
