What Causes A Change In The Menstrual Pattern?

HELLO MY NAME IS LUZ AND I A HAVE A QUESTION . I ALWAYS GET MY PERIOD ON THE 18 OF EVERY MONTH BUT THIS MONTH WUZ DIFERENT I STARTED ON THE 16 WITH A VERY LIGHT RED SPOTING FOR IN THE MORNING AND ON THE 17 I HAD A BROWNISH COLOR BUT ONLY FOR A LITTLE BIT AFTER THAT IT WHEN AWAY AND ON THE 18 NO PERIOD UNTIL THE 19 IN THE MORNING AND IT WUZ REALY LIGHT BUT ONLY LASTED A CUPLE OF HOURS .

I understand your concern.
It would be beneficial if you have mentioned your age. Physiologically the amount and timing of menstruation vary from month to month. It may come 3-5 days before to 3-5 days after the usual date of menstruation. The amount of bleed can also vary at some time.
My advice is you need not to worry. Wait till your next period and visit the gynecologist if you get severe abdominal pain.
