What Causes A Burning Sensation On Penis During Urination?

My penis burns when I urinate, seems to be more prevalent when am active. When it s bad it burns even when I m sitting and the pain is severe with the only relief coming by massaging it. When it really bad it feels like I have to urinate right after I urinate, but when I go it s a small amount and it really burns when It shuts off. It also burns when I have sex and ejaculate.

Hello,

Based on your history, the burning urination may be due to inadequate hydration. You are encouraged to take sufficient amount of fluids ie 8 to 10 glass of water. Add more liquid based diet. If the symptoms persist kindly consult your doctor and evaluation for urinary tract Infection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
