Hi I have recently found a bump on my vulva area and I am unsure of what it might be. It is about the size of an eraser and is brownish pinkish colored. It seems to be kind of raised and slightly bumpy. How can I determine what it is? I ve had a Pap smear in the past 2 months and it came back clear. I have not had intercourse since the Pap smear. Should I be worried?
Hello dear I understand your concern Bumps in the vagina could be due to hair follicle infection, blocked sweat gland, vesicle, bartholin's test. I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile take following advises: Apply mupirocin ointment Do not pop up as it cause infection Apply warm pad application Take small frequent meal If It will persists then it should be excised Hope this may help you
