What Causes A Bump In Right Side Of Head?

I fell down from ice skating and i had a concussion.the back of my right head had a bump and is now getting smaller but my hair starts to fall of a little and it has been two weeks after the accodent happened. Everytime hair falls, i have a buring feeling on the place where the bump used to be. Will my hair still grow or will i lose my hair forever and have a bald patch?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
your complaint is suggestive of a local contusion injury over partial region due to fall.
I suggest getting an CT scan done would be a better choice so as to rule out any underlying condition or infection.
Considering the need for a local examination consulation to local neurologist is advisable.
