General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* There may be electrical impulse issues with isolated muscle spindles from some sort of inflammation or else giving bubbly feeling of the thigh.

A primary workup with primary care physician is mandatory, who may guide medications with or without the need of work up with ultrasound and doppler of the muscle or electromyographic study of nerve conduction assay.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
