What Causes A Bruise On The Underside Of The Arm With A Lump Inside?

A bruise on the under side of my right arm with a flesh colored or red bump in the middle. I don t think I hit it...it just kind of appeared. I m on vacation so I d like to avoid going to a doctor. It s tingling a bit and is causing pain down the arm.

Therefore, I would rather suggest you to show it to a surgeon at the place of your vacation to avoid any possible delay in getting the right treatment started. Till that you could go for an anti inflammatory drug along with a proton pump inhibitor for a symptomatic relief.
