What Causes A Blood Clot In The Left Thigh After Taking Omeprazole?

I have been prescribed Omeprazole 20mgs along with Sucralfate 1 gram 4 times a day (before each meal and at bedtime). I take one 50 mg dose of Levothyroxine first thing in the morning. After two weeks of taking Omeprazole and Sucralfate together one hour before dinner, I have developed a blood clot in my left thigh. I am under my doctor s care for it now. I looked for answers online as to whether these two drugs, interacting could cause leg pain. My question is, is there a connection between the combination of Omeprazole and Sucralfate and blood clots. My doctor thinks it unlikely. I have no previous history of blood clots. The Sucralfate was prescribed for removing bile leaked into my stomach as a consequence of gall bladder removal Oct 2016. I have no history of ulcers. THank you for your time.

hi sir/mam,as your doctor opined,even i too dont believe in any interactions between omeprazole and sucralfate.even levothyroxine doesnt have any significant interactions.blood clot may be due to some unnoticed trauma or any insect bite.no evidence of notable side effects with the above mentioned drugs.hope i have given you a better reply.if any other queries i'm ready to assist.take care.bye.
