What Causes A Blister On The Elbow After An Injury?

4 weeks ago I fell on my elbow and caused it to lacerate/bleed. The ER person said I may have a tear of my bursa. The laceration has been healing well but I notices a bubble of fluid that had been enlarging. Last evening it burst through the scab and I had a clear. light yellow amount of fluid on my sleeve. I will be seeing a PA later tyhisd afternoon- What questions do I ask? Will this need surgery? What are my options?
