General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to caffeine that is in coca.

I suggest to use a spasmolytic such as Buscopan 10 mg to relieve the pain.

I also suggest avoiding drinks that contain caffeine such as coca coffee or black tea.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
