What Causes A Big Painful Lump On The Breast After A PPROM?

I was 15 weeks pregnant and had PPROM and lost my baby. I was discharged from the hospital 3 days ago and I just noticed a big lump on my breast. It is extremely painful and is becoming even more evident just by looking at my breast. Is this normal?!!!
