ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

She may be having enlarged adenoids. Please check with an entire surgeon if she is having any choanal atresia or cleft palate. Choanal atresis is the closure of the distal end of the nose. Cleft palate is gap between the palate. Please check with ENT surgeon for proper diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajat Basak, ENT Specialist
