General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear, thanks for writing to Healthcare Magic!!
Itching and irritation is a sign of infection, bacterial or fungal particularly at young age due to lack of hygiene knowledge, I advise as follow:
1) Proper hand wash is must before and after the use of toilets or any contact with private part
2) Use antiseptic solution such as savlon during bath
3) Do not use strong chemical soap
4) For itching use neosporin powder and ice, do not allow her to scratch the area
5) Get the Urine culture done for identification of organism
6) Then according to that antibiotic/antifungal treatment can be taken.
Hope this will help you
Thanks and regards
