What Causes UTI In A Toddler?

My 3yr was tested negative for a uti but positive for streptococcus anginosus but they think it is a false positive they are doing another culture to check but now have to wait 3 days for the results should I be worried and what is the percentage it could be a false positive

Yes, there are many reasons for a false positive test. Most important one are due to previous contamination or drug to procedural error.
The percentage of dependent upon the lab workers and reagents used,none of the infusion provided here. So there are false positive chances.

No, you don't need to worry because you are under the doctors surveillance, in case there is raised fever or generalized body pain you can get the prescription written by the pediatrician and avoid any dangerous situations till the sensitivity test will be available again.
