What Causes UTI Along With Severe Fatigue?

my husband is recovering from several surgeries in early June. He developed a UTI June 30 and is now on cipro while the culture is being done. But he is extremely tired and urination has become more difficult since taking the cipro. What do you suggest.

It is unlikely that it is because of Cipro. Do complete the course of antibiotics for the UTI. Do drink enough water too.
