What Causes Parkinson S Disease?

My brother is 67 years old , with a diagnosis of Parkinsons, he experiences nausea and a feeling of heat coming on his body from his feet to his head; and it does not matter if he is outside or inside, this has been going on everyday since his diagnosis. What may be the cause?

It is because of hormonal imbalance in our brain and is due to dopamine involvement. With medicines, it can be controlled to a large extent. surgeries are also available.
