What Causes Body Aches, Chills, Runny Nose, Watery Red Eyes And Sleepiness?

I on day 11 of what I believe to be the flu. Body achy, periodic chills. runny nose, watery red eyes, sleeping more than usual. The only remedy I ve used is hot lemon water, green tea, and ginger and hot water. I don t believe in taking medications. There was no forewarning, it happened quite suddenly. Any suggestions? I live in the Midwest, and it s much too cold to go outside.

it can be viral infection which is self limiting, can take levocetrizine 5mg in empty stomach in morning with vit c can take tablet paracetamol if feeling feverish. after some time you will recover from all problem. notreatment available for viral infection.
