I had a torn lateral miniscus with synovial hypertrophy . Arthoscopy of lateral menisectomy with partial synovectomy was done on 11/06/2014 Artoscopic findings were: there was a radial tear posterior horn of lateral miniscus But till date I feel pain at the site of operation. I do regular exercises as prescribed, but while squeezing the knee and in may other movement I feel pain. besides this there is a poping sound whenever I fold the knee.

I studied your case and I think at present you should continue to do your knee physiotherapy. It will take some time to get complete relief and so do not be stressed about it.
If your pain is very severe then you can take tablet etoricoxib for pain relief and tablet Diacerin for cartilage healing.
I would also recommend you to avoid knee bending, squatting and sitting cross leg.
If your pain continues after four months from now I would recommend you to get a repeat MRI. Some time there can be recurrence of such lesson.
