What Cause Vomiting After Smoking Hookah?

i smoked hookah 2 hours after dinner, i ate a heavy dinner. i dont smoke it often ( once in 3 months) , i made one after diner, and i was in a close small room, i was smoking it very fast (non-stop) for 15 mins, then i felt weird, i vomitted my dinner out and had a massive headache and my stomach hurts, i used very little flavour ; brain freezer by Aladin , and some quicklite coal 1 medium peice, help me, i feel sick as hell and one more thing, i didnt drink water at all today, only 700 ml

First, this could be an expected direct action of nicotine (a gut stimulant that also induces nausea).

Many people get used to it over weeks/months, but it does not sound like something one would want to do.

You can take symptomatic treatment like antiemetic (ondasetron),antispasmodics (cyclopam) and antacids (pantoprazole) to alleviate this symptoms.
