What Cause Tingling Of Shoulders Followed With A Headache?

I am in good health 61 yr old female and just experienced strange tingling down both arms radiating from center of shoulders, made me feel light headed and did not last more than a minute or two . Afterwards my arms felt heavy slight headache and tired

There are 2 possibilities in this case. One is that you have a migraine and the other is that you have a cervical compression syndrome.

In case of a migraine, you will be getting symptoms of a recurring headache and some aura or add-on symptoms like the numbness

In the compression syndrome the compression is causing the numbness and the headache is a con-incidental finding. I recommend that you see a Doctor to get examined and confirm the diagnosis.
