What Cause Strong Pulse In My Head When Standing?

hi i m feeling strong pulse in my head when i was lying, dont feel on standing or sitting. headache occationally (pain especially on forehead and front of the face and around eyes). fatigues and tierdness easily, mild dull pain on left middle to lower back, i have running nose most of the time (may be sinusitis). what could be the wrong with me.

I studied your query in full details updated from you.I understood your health concerns.
Based on your query data, In my opinion ,Dear You seem to suffer from
Giant Cell Arteritis (a Systemci Primar Vasculitis) in Superficial Termporal Artery-Frontal branch,with Pain around eyes,which may be due to chronic Sinusitis.You need to Check for High Bp and a familial condition of Giant Cell Arteritis-By raised ESR/CRP with raised LB-6.
Or it could be due to accompanied Frontal Sinusitis.The dominance of the presenting complaints needs to be evaluated by Clinical examination and needs to be varified by -X-ray Skull and by Biopsy of Artery.
You should not worry,as both conditions could be treated by medicines.
