Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain, a pea sized sore like bump on the hard palate that is squishy and feels like fluid filled in it and having no pain can be due to most probably formation of a mucous cyst also known as Mucocele..
It can also be due to Hematoma formation..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and if needed for confirmation investigations like Biopsy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now you can start gargling with a concentrated salt water solution as it helps in regressing the mucocele..
In case if it does not resolve surgical excision of the mucocele is the last resort..
As far as hematoma is concerned it is formed due to traumatic injury to the soft tissues leading to rupture of any small blood vessel and accumulation of blood into soft tissues..
It generally resolves on its own and does not require any treatment..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
