What Cause Severe Pain In Stomach And No Bowel Movement?
Really bad pains in the higher part of my stomach and i havent had a bowel movement in a few days then today i bleed all day very heavy. I went to my doctor Tuesday and he gave me gastro tablets but they dont seem to be working im a bit worried now as i have this pain over a week now and cant do much please help.
