What Cause Rapid Weight Loss With Bloody Stool And Abdominal Pains?

I am 27yr female 5.6 13 stone. I have been loosing weight rapidly experienced abdominal pains and have bloody stools I recently had blood tests which came back raised inflammation and esr levels. I had tonsillitis at the time of the blood tests could that have affected the results?

With bloody stools and weight loss I am concerned about ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease. They would both cause elevated esr. Not related to recent tonsillitis. Recommend you see a gastroenterologist.
