Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to orthostatic hypotension.

I would recommend performing a Head-Up Tilt test in order to confirm this diagnosis.

I would also recommend checking cortisol and aldosterone plasma levels for possible adrenal gland dysfunction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
