What Cause Heavy Feeling In Chest And Deep Breathes After Child Birth?
Well, I just had my second baby over 7 months ago. About 5 months ago I noticed a heavy feeling in my chest. more so in the morning when I get up, I have no energy and sometimes I have to take deep breathes just to breathe. It kind of goes into my throat as well.
Do you had heavy bleeding during delivery? If anemia present then also dyspnea can occur. So if low HB is there correct it according to cause like by iron tablet or vitamin tablets.
Second if you have pregnancy induced hypertension and if your heart is in failure grade 1 then also it can occur.ECG useful for it.
If above causes not present rule out respiratory causes by pulmonary function test like asthma or chronic bronchitis etc. X ray and PFT will able to differentiate between restrictive and obstructive causes. If it comes normal then No need for worry.
Wish you good health.
Take care.
