What Cause Feeling Of Heaviness And Weak Eyes?

I feel weak to see and open my eyes,and also feel heaviness on my forehead.At this time my thinking and activities are impaired.This happened for so many years.I feel sleepy and when i sleep,i feel okay.It have some connection with my heart which i can not explain.I am 49 years old man.

Get checked with eye specialist for eye pressures and since a condition glaucoma can lead to blindness better not to delay.
