What Cause Burning Sensation In The Penile Frenulum?

Hello Sir, Good Day !! I m jagadish and 36 years old married man. I m facing some urological problems as below: 1) after doing sexual intercourse with my wife when I doing hygiene I feel severe burning sensation in frenulum area. I think it little bit torn and I feel little bit pain when I pulled back my foreskin. 2) My testicles are all time in shrink and loosy. 3) I m facing also ED but not so severe. Hi Jagdish,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Use OTC cream [framycetin-1%]on cut area and do not do sex for few days.

2)Do a physical exam by your [endocrinologist] after 7 days to know the exact cause of ED and testes problem and for it you need few investigations like this -[CBC, Urine RE/ME, Lipid Profile, Fasting Blood Sugar, testosterone and Ultrasound to know penis blood flow while in erection.]

3)If no pathological cause is found then you need Psychological exam by a clinical psychologist.

4)Do take treatment as per exact pathological findings only.

For prevention, you can do like this -

1)Try to manage diabetes, heart disease or other chronic health conditions if any one present.

2)Try to stop smoking, limit or avoid alcohol, and don't use illegal drugs.

3)Do exercise regularly.

4)Take steps to reduce stress.

5)Get help for anxiety, depression or other mental health concerns if any one present.
