I am 60 years old and have felt more forgetful of late. After conversing with a person, another coworker asked if I had seen that person and I totally forgot the association of the person s name with that person. Then a few days later I bought a gift at a department store and then went to another store to get a companion gift for a sibling. I bought the companion gift and then another gift for the first recipient, totally forgetting that I had just purchased one until I looked down at what I was carrying. I also feel more irritable and impatient than usual.
