What Casues Nausea And Fainting?

I am a 61 year old female in very good health. Eat a vegetarian diet, exercise everyday and don t smoke. Yesterday morning while reading emails on my iPad and finishing my coffee I felt very nauseous and then fainted and fell to the floor. I am clueless as to why

hi dear,
welcome to HCM.i understand your problem.my opinion is that,
1.kindly check your blood sugar, blood pressure, hemoglobin level, thyroid profile.
2.take your food at regular intervals.dont skip breakfast.hypoglycemia may be one of the important causes for fainting.
3.kindly take tablet ondansetron twice daily for 5 days if you have vomiting.
