What Casues Dizziness And Headache While Suffering From High BP?

Blood pressure medicine changed about 3 days ago because numbers increased dramatically for a month avg 193/93, still high with headache and dizzyahoo.cominess. Test showed a bladder infection.Taking Cipro. Blood work ok. A1c 6.6. I have 1 yr old sleep apnea dental device. Primary Doctor baffled
