What can we do to avoid our 8 year old from wetting bed ?

our eight year old wets bed most underlying health problems and very easy going boy My eight year old is still wetting the bed most nights....normal healthy happy child otherwise....what should we do

bet wetting is common till 7 yrs. some reason may be due to nightmare at sleep or he may feel insecure.
suggestion: assure your child.
make him to have dinner earlier, have a water. before going to bed send him for toilet. before sleeping(half hour before sleep) don't give any liquid or health drink.
set an alarm at midnight, wake him up send him to toilet. follow this for a week.
even the complaint persist consult your doctor and psychologist

Thanks for the query. Sometimes nocturnal aneuresis is seen upto 15 years of age but to be sure that he is not suffering from disorders like ADHD where noctural aneuresis is common please consult a pediatrician.Have a healthy living
