What Can Cause Weakness Along With Tremors And Excessive Sweating?
I dont understand....I have a family history of diabetes. I get checked every year. There are times when I feel week, start to shake, sweat....if it goes too long a little dizzy. But if I eat a candy bar and drink a soda, I feel better within minutes. What could this be?

Symptoms look like hypoglycemia i.e. sugars going down. This can be confirmed by checking the sugar levels at the time of symptoms. Advised to have divided frequent meals.
