What Can Cause Runny Nose Along With Cough And Wheezing?

At first I thought I was being affected by allergies do to the weather; sneezing, runny nose, itching ears & eyes. Now I have a cough to go with these ailments! I haven’t been to my doctor because I thought better weather, symptoms would improve! My cough now seems to have a wheezing! My meds are ear drops, nose spray & eye drops which I use when needed! The development of the cough with the wheezing sound bothers me.

Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

You are having wheezing as per history. So suggestive of bronchoconstriction means constriction of bronchial muscles and difficulty in breathing can develop because of that. It can be from brochitis or asthma. I suggest following investigations for you.
1. Chest x ray
2.Spirometry (spirometry help in assess severity and management accordingly)

If needed then you will be prescribed bronchodilator levosalbutamol like drug through inhaler or nebulization.

You can Consult pulmonologist for examination.
Hope I have answered your question.
