What Can Cause Pink Discharge And Abdominal Cramp?

Hello , I Recieved my first depo shot October 12th i was due for my next shot by january 25th but I did not recieve it so i have been off the shot for 6 months now and as of yesterday i wiped and seen light pink discharge sort of like a rose gold color and my abdominal is cramping and my lower back as when i did when i went into labor with my first child It has been bareable but i dont want to go see a doctor for them to telll me im not pregnant and have a high doctors bill . Please help me out .

I really appreciate your concern, pregnancy is very less likely but it could be irregular menses due to hormone therapy, still it is advisable to get done the pregnancy test, because no contraceptive method is hundred per cent protective, hope this information helps.
