General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a physician and get a carotid Doppler to rule out conditions like embolism. Detailed evaluation including an echo-test is required to make a diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
