What Can Cause Pain In Elbow While Twisting?
i am a cheerleader and i recently had to backspot a girl that was quite heavy and kept falling back on me. i kept noticing my left arm/right below my elbow started having pain when i would twist it. its been two days and it hasnt gone away. it hurts anytime i touch and put pressure on that bone. should i go see a doctor for x-rays?
