pain and tenderness in lower left abdomen...pulsating feelings...visible swelling..i have chronic gerd since 5 months...last night i had alcohol.and then.i felt burning in left side of abdomen...i have a history of nsaids,smoking and alcohol use..my left abdomen is tender n soft as if thers bleeding

Hi. GERD may not be the reason of this.
You say swelling, pain, tenderness in left side of the abdomen- pulsating feeling. Please rush to ER and get an ultrasonography and relevant investigations done.
There can an inflammatory lesion developing in this part of abdomen.
