What Can Cause Nausea Along With Shortness Of Breath And Pain Below The Navel?
Been nauseated since Tuesday. I get nauseated more in the evening after increased activity. Especially bending over to pick up something.i gag but don't vomit. Feels like a heavy feeling in my stomach. I get short of breath and tired after an activity like putting clothes in dryer. Stomach pain from below the belly button to above belly button

There is no much relation between nausea at evening after bending unless you developed acid reflux or BPPV. They are not related with time. But position change may aggravate the symptoms.
Use tablet Pantoprazole. Use tablet Vertin. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
