What Can Cause Left Atrial Abnormality?
I just had an ekg as a preoperative test. It shows that I have a probable left atrial abnormality. I have been diagnosed in years past with MVP and possible PVC issues. Could todays test be a reflection of those problems or do you think it may be another problem?

Yes those are the reflections of your Mitral valve prolapse. As MVP cause mitral regurgitation which on long term lead to dilated Left Atrium.
