What Can Cause Knots At The Back Of The Head Without Having Sinus Problems?

I have three knots on the back of my head and they are all sore, I am not having any sinus problems or throat problems and my ears are not hurting in anyway. I am often tired and when I sleep it is not very good. And I feel kind of weak. I have had these knots for a couple of weeks now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience of knots at the back of your neck I am suggesting that you have a bacteria skin infection possible from a previous hair cut
In view of this please see a dermatologist specialist for expert clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
Meanwhile following your symptoms of weakness I am suggesting a stress condition so please take time off for adequate rest
At the mean time please do a complete blood count to rule anaemic condition
I hope this helps
