Hello and welcome to HCM,
There are many causes of chest pain.
Muscular problems, heart ailments, lung associated lesion, problems of bony rib cage and gastrointestinal tract abnormalities can lead to chest pain.
Since, the ECG, treadmill challenge, echocardiography are within normal limits, the heart problems are ruled for all practical purposes.
However, you are suffering from acidity and gas problem.
This suggests that the chest problem that you are suffering from is due to gastritis, indigestion and regurgitation.
The drug that you are prescribed is pantocid will inhibit the secretion of acid and prevent regurgitation and water brash.
You can continue the treatment for couple of weeks and consult your treating doctor thereafter.

Thanks and take care
