What Can Cause Chest Pain Along With Palpitations And Blurred Vision?
I been having strange episodes lately. I strat to feel a strong chest pain, my hearts starts pounding really fast I almost feel it everywhere. My vision gets blurred and everything seems fake(the people,the street...). Sometimes I feel like fainting or dying and I get a strong fear each time.

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated to rule out possible cardiac causes. You might require possible EKG monitoring to conclude a diagnosis.
