What Can Cause A Red Like Sun Burn On Chest?
My sister noticed a red like sun burn on her chest. She had a vneck shirt on, and it was in the area where the shirt was not covering her. It looks just like a sun burn, but we are in Mi. And have not seen sun in months. She is not takin any new Meds, and has no known allergies. Help

It is probably an eczematous lesion. She may apply hydrocortisone cream twice in a day to see if the lesion responds well. If no response is seen, it would be better to consult a dermatologist nearby. We can also suggest a probable diagnosis, if you could upload some images of her lesions.
